The most enjoyable part of the day is knowing that I have on the floor co-workers who are always willing to help. Most of the time they are gone taking frequent smoke breaks. Management is always lacking on assisting us when it is needed. We work together with the things we are lacking in the moment, especially with customer service. We confide to one another the kind of issues that need to be addressed. The floor workers are great, we help each other when we can. I learned to be self reliant, to be able to talk to customers when a problem arises, knowing that a manager may not be able to help the situation. A typical day at work consist of being ready for the unexpected, whether that maybe one of the soda machines not, or management not being around when it is really needed.
